SpaceView provides the Earthwith atmosphere, surface features, and political boundaries; the Sun,Moon, planets, and stars; and the apparent motion of other spacecraft. Itshows the projection of virtually any spacecraft-defined field of viewonto the Earth's surface, as well as the relative geometry of Earthfeatures as seen from the spacecraft. SpaceView gives users the "missingelement" of mission design with both the numerical detail needed formission planning and evaluation and the interactive displayrepresentation needed for developing physical insight, conceptexploration, nad communication of results.
